These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company. They are drafted deliberately and are to be read strictly. Clauses 3, 5, 6, 11, 13 and 14 limit what the Programme is and what the Company is answerable for.

Acceptance, Capacity and Applicability
Your access to or use of the Platform, submission of any form, completion of any assessment, booking of any appointment, or payment of any fee constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and competent to contract under Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Programme is not offered to minors. Where a User is enrolled by a guardian or family member, that person accepts these Terms on the User's behalf and warrants their authority to do so.
These Terms operate together with any programme-specific schedule, enrolment form or plan document you sign or accept. In the event of conflict, the programme-specific document prevails only to the extent of the inconsistency, and only where it does not dilute Clauses 3, 5, 6, 13 or 14.
Nature of the Programme — Express Non-Medical Character
The Programme is an educational and lifestyle-support programme grounded in dietary modification, physical activity, sleep and stress practices, and traditional Indian wellness principles, including preparations and food articles of Ayurvedic and nutraceutical origin.
The Programme is expressly not, and shall not be construed as, any of the following:
- the practice of medicine, surgery, pathology or any recognised system of medicine;
- a clinical service, hospital service, diagnostic service or emergency service;
- the prescription, dispensing or supply of any drug within the meaning of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940;
- telemedicine or teleconsultation within the meaning of the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020;
- a substitute, whether partial or complete, for consultation with, examination by, or treatment under an RMP.
Any food article, supplement, herbal preparation, powder, decoction or formulation referenced, recommended or supplied in connection with the Programme is offered solely as a food, food supplement, nutraceutical or traditional preparation intended for general nutritional and wellness support. It is not offered, and must not be understood, as a drug or as therapy for any disease.
No Practitioner–Patient Relationship
No practitioner–patient, physician–patient or fiduciary relationship is created between you and the Company, or between you and any coach, counsellor, dietitian, consultant or personnel engaged by the Company, by reason of your use of the Platform or enrolment in the Programme.
Where any personnel engaged by the Company hold professional registration in any system of medicine, they act within the Programme in a lifestyle and nutrition advisory capacity only, and not in the exercise of clinical judgment, diagnosis or prescription, unless a separate written clinical engagement is executed with you and expressly identified as such.
Communications through the Platform — including chat, email, WhatsApp, video calls or telephone — are administrative and educational. They do not constitute a clinical consultation and no clinical record is created thereby.
No Diagnostic, Curative, Preventive or Therapeutic Claims
The Company makes no claim, representation, assurance, warranty or promise, whether express or implied, that the Programme or any component of it diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, prevents or reverses diabetes mellitus, pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, or any other disease, disorder, condition or complication.
The words "reverse", "reversal", "remission", "control", "correction" and cognate expressions, wherever they appear on the Platform, in the Programme name, or in any marketing material, are used in an ordinary, non-technical, lifestyle sense — referring to the general aspiration of improving metabolic health through diet, activity and habit change. They are not, and must not be read as, therapeutic claims, drug claims, or claims of cure.
No statement made on the Platform has been evaluated by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, the Ministry of AYUSH, or any regulatory authority, as a claim of treatment or cure.
No employee, contractor, coach, affiliate, reseller or representative of the Company is authorised to make any curative or therapeutic claim on the Company's behalf. Any such statement, if made, is made without authority, is void as against the Company, and creates no liability whatsoever for the Company.
Mandatory Continuation of Prescribed Medical Treatment
You shall not discontinue, reduce, suspend, substitute or alter the dosage or schedule of any medication prescribed to you by an RMP, on the basis of the Programme, the Platform, or any communication from the Company or its personnel.
Diet and lifestyle change can materially alter blood glucose and blood pressure. If you take insulin, sulfonylureas or other glucose-lowering agents, dietary change without medical supervision may precipitate hypoglycaemia, which can be serious and, in severe cases, life-threatening. Comparable risks attach to anti-hypertensive and other chronic medication.
Accordingly, as a continuing condition of enrolment, you undertake to:
- remain under the ongoing care of your treating RMP for the entire duration of the Programme;
- disclose your participation in the Programme to that RMP;
- obtain, and act upon, that RMP's directions in respect of any medication adjustment;
- maintain such monitoring — including self-monitoring of blood glucose and periodic laboratory investigation — as your RMP directs;
- seek immediate medical attention on the appearance of any warning symptom, including but not limited to giddiness, sweating, confusion, palpitations, blurred vision, breathlessness, chest pain, persistent vomiting, or any altered level of consciousness.
The Platform is not monitored around the clock and is not an emergency service. In any emergency, contact your RMP or the nearest hospital, or dial 112, immediately.
Eligibility, Exclusions and Cautions
The Programme is designed for adults seeking general lifestyle and nutritional support. It is not suitable, and must not be undertaken without express written clearance from your treating RMP, if you fall within any of the following categories:
- Type 1 diabetes mellitus, latent autoimmune diabetes in adults, or any insulin-dependent state;
- pregnancy, planned pregnancy, gestational diabetes, or lactation;
- chronic kidney disease, impaired renal function, or dialysis;
- hepatic impairment or chronic liver disease;
- a history of diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar state, or recurrent or unawares hypoglycaemia;
- advanced complications, including proliferative retinopathy, active diabetic foot ulceration, gastroparesis or autonomic neuropathy;
- cardiac disease, recent cardiovascular or cerebrovascular event, or arrhythmia;
- diagnosed eating disorder or a history of disordered eating;
- active malignancy, immunosuppression, or post-transplant status;
- age below 18 years;
- concurrent use of anticoagulants, immunosuppressants, thyroid medication, or any drug with a narrow therapeutic index.
The Company reserves an absolute and unqualified right to decline enrolment, or to discontinue any User's participation, without assigning reason, where in its assessment participation would be unsuitable.
Your Representations, Warranties and Obligations
You represent, warrant and undertake, on a continuing basis, that:
- all information supplied by you — in intake forms, assessments, consultations or otherwise — is true, accurate, complete and current, and that you will promptly notify the Company of any material change;
- you have disclosed all existing diagnoses, medications, supplements, allergies, intolerances, surgical history and pregnancy status;
- you have satisfied yourself, in consultation with your RMP, that participation is appropriate for you;
- you will follow the Programme in a reasonable and moderate manner and will not adopt extreme restriction, prolonged fasting, or excessive exertion beyond what is set out;
- you will not resell, redistribute, reproduce or commercially exploit any Content;
- you will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that impairs its operation.
Non-disclosure or misstatement of material health information relieves the Company of all responsibility in respect of any consequence arising from or contributed to by such non-disclosure or misstatement, and entitles the Company to terminate your enrolment forthwith without refund.
Assessments, Risk Scores and Generated Reports
The Platform provides self-assessment questionnaires, scoring tools and automatically generated reports. These are educational and self-reflective instruments only. They:
- are generated algorithmically from your own self-reported, unverified inputs;
- involve no physical examination, no laboratory investigation, and no clinical review;
- do not constitute a diagnosis, a screening test, a prognosis, or a prediction of any medical outcome;
- are not validated diagnostic instruments and carry no clinical accuracy warranty;
- may be inaccurate, incomplete or inapplicable to your circumstances.
Any score, risk category, colour indicator, projected complication or urgency language appearing in such a report is an illustrative educational device intended to encourage reflection and professional consultation. It is not a finding of fact about your body and must not be relied upon as such. A low or favourable score does not mean you are healthy; a high or adverse score does not mean you are ill. In either case, the appropriate response is consultation with an RMP.
Food Articles, Supplements and Herbal Preparations
Where the Programme references or supplies any supplement, nutraceutical, herbal or Ayurvedic preparation:
- such item is a food or health supplement regulated under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the regulations framed thereunder, or a preparation under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 in respect of Indian systems of medicine, as applicable;
- it is not a drug, is not intended to treat or cure any disease, and is intended only for general nutritional or wellness support;
- it is to be consumed strictly as directed, and never in excess of the stated quantity;
- botanical and herbal substances may interact with prescribed medication — including glucose-lowering, anticoagulant, thyroid, antihypertensive and immunosuppressant drugs — and may potentiate or diminish their effect. You must disclose every such item to your RMP and pharmacist before commencing it.
- allergy, intolerance, idiosyncratic reaction and gastrointestinal disturbance are possible. Discontinue immediately and seek medical attention on any adverse reaction;
- where any item is manufactured or supplied by a third party, the Company acts as a facilitator only. Product composition, licensing, quality, safety, labelling and statutory compliance are the exclusive responsibility of the manufacturer or licence holder, whose warranty alone shall apply.
You are advised to verify the FSSAI licence number or AYUSH manufacturing licence number printed on any product before use, and to retain the packaging and batch number.
No Guarantee, Assurance or Warranty of Outcome
No result of any kind is guaranteed, assured, promised or warranted.
Metabolic response varies widely between individuals and depends on genetics, disease duration, residual pancreatic function, adherence, concurrent medication, comorbidity, stress, sleep, age and numerous factors outside the Company's knowledge or control. Outcomes achieved by any other participant are specific to that individual and constitute no representation as to what you may achieve.
No representation is made that participation will reduce your medication requirement, alter any laboratory parameter, prevent any complication, or produce any measurable change whatsoever. Any figure, percentage, timeline, range or outcome mentioned anywhere on the Platform or in marketing material is illustrative and aspirational only and forms no part of this contract.
Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk
Your participation is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that dietary modification, fasting protocols, physical exercise and the consumption of herbal or nutraceutical preparations carry inherent risks, including hypoglycaemia, hyperglycaemia, dehydration, electrolyte disturbance, gastrointestinal upset, allergic reaction, musculoskeletal injury, fatigue and aggravation of pre-existing conditions.
Having been fully informed of these risks by this Clause, you knowingly, voluntarily and expressly assume all such risks, and undertake to exercise your own independent judgment, in consultation with your RMP, before adopting any element of the Programme.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform, the programme and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currency, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error or malicious code.
Nutritional and traditional-wellness knowledge evolves. Content may become outdated, may not reflect current scientific consensus, and may not apply to your circumstances. The Company assumes no obligation to update any Content.
Limitation and Exclusion of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Company, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, coaches, contractors, affiliates and agents shall not be liable for any injury, illness, deterioration, complication, hospitalisation, disability, death, loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of, or in any way connected with, your use of the Platform, your participation in the Programme, your consumption of any item referenced therein, or your reliance on any Content.
- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for loss of profit, income, opportunity, data, reputation or goodwill, whether foreseeable or not, and whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute or otherwise.
- The Company's aggregate liability arising from all claims, whatever their basis, shall in no event exceed the total fees actually received by the Company from you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- The Company shall bear no liability whatsoever for any consequence arising from your failure to consult an RMP, your withholding or misstatement of health information, your deviation from the Programme as set out, your alteration of prescribed medication, or your delay in seeking medical attention.
These limitations apply even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such loss and even if a limited remedy is found to have failed of its essential purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, consultants and agents from and against all claims, demands, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees on a full indemnity basis, arising out of or relating to:
- your breach of these Terms or of any representation or warranty made herein;
- your provision of false, incomplete or misleading information;
- your failure to obtain or follow the advice of an RMP;
- your unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution of Content;
- any claim brought by a third party in consequence of your acts or omissions.
Fees, Payment, Taxes and Refunds
Fees are as published on the Platform or as set out in your enrolment document, and are payable in advance in Indian Rupees. All fees are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax and other applicable levies, which shall be charged additionally at prevailing rates.
No refund of fees. All fees are non-refundable, in whole and in part, once your programme has commenced. In place of a monetary refund the Company offers a Programme Redesign — a rebuilding of your plan, at no additional charge, where the plan issued does not fit your routine, dietary practice, constraints or capacity. The Refund Policy published on the Platform sets out this remedy in full and forms part of these Terms.
No refund arises on account of dissatisfaction with results, non-achievement of any expected outcome, non-adherence, voluntary discontinuation, unavailability, or termination for breach — the Programme being an outcome-independent service as set out in Clause 11. Fees are for access to guidance, materials and support, and not for any result. Fees are not transferable or convertible to credit.
The foregoing does not affect: (a) the return of duplicate, excess or failed-transaction amounts, which are processed in every case; or (b) the full return of fees where the Company declines or cancels an enrolment before the programme has commenced. Such amounts are returned to the original payment instrument within seven (7) to ten (10) working days, subject to banking timelines.
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. The Company does not store card credentials and is not liable for gateway failure, decline or delay.
Suspension, Termination and Discontinuation
The Company may suspend or terminate your access, immediately and without refund, where you breach these Terms, supply false information, behave abusively toward personnel, misuse Content, or where continued participation appears in the Company's assessment to be unsafe or unsuitable for you.
You may discontinue at any time by written notice to care@reversemydiabetes.co. Discontinuation does not entitle you to refund save as provided in Clause 16. Clauses 5, 6, 8, 11 to 15, 18, 19 and 25 to 27 survive termination.
Intellectual Property
All Content, together with the name "Reverse My Diabetes", associated logos, marks, characters, artwork, assessment logic, report formats, plans and compilations, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and applicable international law.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for your own non-commercial use during your enrolment. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, screenshot for distribution, translate, adapt, resell, licence or create derivative works from any Content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
Personal data, including health-related data, collected through intake forms, assessments and consultations is processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules framed thereunder, and our Privacy Policy.
By submitting such data you provide free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous consent to its collection, storage and processing for the purposes of delivering the Programme, generating assessments and reports, communicating with you, and meeting legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the Grievance Officer, following which the Company may be unable to continue providing the Programme.
The Company applies reasonable security practices and procedures. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and the Company does not warrant absolute security. Anonymised and aggregated data may be used for internal analysis and service improvement.
Consent to Communications
By providing your contact details you consent to receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, email and other communications from the Company concerning the Programme, appointments, reminders and offers, and you waive any registration under the Do Not Disturb or National Customer Preference Register to the extent of such communications. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time; transactional and safety communications will continue while you remain enrolled.
Testimonials, Case Narratives and Marketing Material
Testimonials, before-and-after narratives, reported values and case descriptions appearing on the Platform are individual, unverified accounts voluntarily shared by participants. They are not typical, not verified by independent audit, not clinically validated, and not representative of what any other person may experience. They constitute no representation, warranty or assurance by the Company and are published for illustrative purposes alone.
Any illustrative character, mascot or narrative device used in the Company's educational or marketing material is a fictional communication aid. It does not represent any medical entity, mechanism, diagnosis or clinical process, and nothing depicted through it is a statement of medical fact.
Third-Party Content, Links and Providers
The Platform may link to or reference third-party websites, products, laboratories, practitioners or suppliers. Such references are for convenience only and imply no endorsement. The Company exercises no control over third-party content, services, pricing or conduct, and disclaims all liability in respect thereof. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by any event beyond its reasonable control, including act of God, epidemic, pandemic, public health measure, governmental or regulatory action, change of law, war, civil unrest, strike, fire, flood, failure of power, internet, telecommunications or hosting infrastructure, or cyber-attack.
Amendment of Terms
The Company may amend these Terms at any time. The amended version takes effect on publication on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform or the Programme after such publication constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
General Provisions
Severability. If any provision is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be severed or read down to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
No waiver. No failure or delay in exercising any right operates as a waiver, and no single or partial exercise precludes further exercise.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any enrolment document, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior representations, understandings, brochures, advertisements, social media content and oral statements. You confirm that you have not relied upon any representation not expressly set out herein.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights hereunder. The Company may assign or novate these Terms to any successor or affiliate.
No agency. Nothing herein creates any partnership, joint venture, agency or employment between the parties.
Language. These Terms are executed in English. Any translation is for convenience; in the event of conflict, the English version prevails.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through written negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice. Failing resolution, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this Clause limits any right you may have to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
